Group Sound Bath

Share the magic of a Sound Bath with a partner, loved one, group of friends, family, or co-workers. I have hosted private sound baths to honor birthdays, baby showers, wedding showers, etc...! What a unique and magical way to spend time with family and friends. 

A Sound Bath is a meditative experience whereby participants 'bathe' in the frequencies of instruments intended to guide participants into a deep state of meditation and relaxation. A Sound Bath can be a unique and magical way to share a meaningful experience with friends, family, or co-workers. A typical experience lasts approximately 75-90 minutes, in which participants simply lie down comfortably and let the sound facilitate a sense of calm relaxation and meditation.
