"To be honest, I was a little skeptical about the benefits of sound healing. I have been getting 90 minute massages twice a month for 3 years to help manage anxiety and chronic pain. I booked a 30 minute session with Allison to try it out at the recommendation of a friend and... WOW! First of all the studio is beautiful. Instantly relaxing upon entering the space. Allison has such a chill vibe, and made me feel so comforted and welcome. I don't want to spoil it for you, but her technique is just amazing. Thirty minutes FLEW by! I felt like I had taken a two hour power nap, after a 90 minute Hot Yoga class. My anxiety went from a 6 to a 1, and my pain, (SERIOUSLY) dropped from an 8 to ONE! It took a minute just to figure out how to make my fingers and toes move again. Obviously, I'm booking again, but I'm going for 90 minutes next time!"
